Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). “Business days” refer to Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

During peak sales periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may extend slightly.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Processing time is separate from delivery time.


United States Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $39.99 USD (before taxes, after discounts).

  • Orders under $39.99 USD will have shipping rates calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after order processing.

Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier operations or external factors.


Canada Shipping

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after order processing.

Shipping to All Other Countries

We ship worldwide.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and carrier rates.

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–25 business days after order processing.

Delivery times vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services. International delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and related fees imposed by their country.

  • These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

  • The Urban Geek is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes may result in the shipment being returned. In such cases, original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.


Delivery Responsibility & Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Once an order has been processed and delivered to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier and, upon confirmed delivery, with the recipient.

The Urban Geek is not responsible for:

  • Carrier-related delivery delays

  • Delivery interruptions caused by weather, operational disruptions, or peak demand

  • Carrier routing or scanning errors after shipment

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts due to inaccessible or invalid delivery locations

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Additional shipping charges will apply to reship the order

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Customers are strongly encouraged to review shipping details carefully before completing checkout.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the shipping carrier.

The Urban Geek reserves the right to deny claims that show evidence of fraud, abuse, or inconsistent delivery information.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged packaging

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

Claims will be reviewed in accordance with carrier policies.


Lost Packages & Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been processed and accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.

If tracking shows no delivery confirmation and no tracking updates for 10 consecutive business days, customers may contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update so we can review shipment status.

Please note:

  • The Urban Geek is not liable for packages lost, delayed, or misrouted by the carrier once the shipment has been transferred.

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are not considered lost.

  • Claims for packages marked “Delivered” must be pursued directly with the carrier.

  • Refunds or replacements for carrier-related losses are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Any resolution will be determined at The Urban Geek’s sole discretion.


Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is refused or unclaimed and returned to us:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from any eligible refund
