The discount code will be valid for a recent purchase made in past 15 days from the date of form submission
Discount codes are limited to one per verified donation submission.
Proof must include program name (Goodwill, Best Buy, PCs for People, or Give Back Box) and donation/shipping date.
Duplicate, unclear, or fraudulent submissions will be rejected.
The Urban Geek reserves the right to deny submissions that do not meet verification standards.

Best Buy Mail-In Recycling (UPS/ERI)

UPS or Best Buy shipping label.

Best Buy recycling confirmation email.

Give Back Box (Clothes Donation)

Give Back Box prepaid shipping label.

Give Back Box confirmation email.
