At TheUrbanGeek, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every item purchased through our official website www.theurbangeek.co, Official Facebook/Instagram, Google Shop, and Official Amazon Store is backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
What Is Covered:
This warranty covers any product that experiences failure due to material defects or workmanship issues during the warranty period.
If a valid warranty claim is submitted, TheUrbanGeek will, at its sole discretion, either:

Repair the defective product,

Replace it with a new, refurbished, or equivalent upgraded model, or

Issue a refund.
How to Obtain Warranty Service:
To initiate a claim, contact our customer support at support@theurbangeek.co with the following:

Order number or valid proof of purchase,

A description of the issue,

Relevant photos or videos that help illustrate the defect.
We will respond to all warranty inquiries within 24 hours, and provide a resolution within 72 hours of our initial response.
Resolution Process & Turnaround Time:

Replacement or repair decisions are based on a technical assessment conducted by TheUrbanGeek.

The replacement product may be refurbished, new, or an upgraded model with equal or enhanced capabilities.

Standard turnaround time for warranty fulfillment (including repair, replacement, and delivery) is 7–14 business days from the date of resolution confirmation.

In certain cases, we may require the defective unit to be returned to us before dispatching the replacement.

TheUrbanGeek reserves the right to request a refundable security deposit—up to the full value of the replacement unit—until the original defective product is received and assessed.
What Is Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or external factors (e.g., water, fire, or natural disasters).

Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers.
Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheUrbanGeek shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product, even if TheUrbanGeek was informed of such possibilities.
This warranty is non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser. It grants you specific legal rights; additional rights may vary by jurisdiction.
